Khartoum travel & tourism agency was established in 1980 and become a member of the I.A.T.A. in 1981.

 Location:

Our offices are located in central Khartoum at the crossroad of Al-Qasr and Al-Jamhoria street. 

Employees:

A number of employees work in Khartoum agency, ranging from ticketing and reservation staff, which are provided with regular training programs, to accountants, management and tourism staff totaling eighteen. 

International flight booking methods:

The Agency uses an electronic booking system to check availability and confirm reservations. We currently operate using the European booking system Amadeus.  There are six P.C. on our intranet.

 Automated ticketing services:

We operate using automated ticketing systems with ticket printing.  We keep stocks of tickets for all operating airlines such as:

The office works with a DSL internet connection.  Through our internet booking system we can not only book flight tickets; we can also provide hotel reservations in and out of Sudan.

 The tourism department:

          We have the pleasure of being able to provide tourist packages within Sudan.  These tours are available to foreigners and groups from all over the world.  Programs include:

• ·       Dindir national safari park (seasonal from November to March).
• ·       Kasih resort near Medani for special occasions and conferences.

 Customer services:

          Customers traveling to Europe can acquire relevant visas through the company’s customer services office.  The department is headed by Mr. Hamid Abd-Algafour, who has over twenty years of experience in the field.
